{"id":11678,"date":"2021-01-13T09:26:38","date_gmt":"2021-01-13T14:26:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/boilermaker.ca\/?p=11678"},"modified":"2021-01-13T09:27:23","modified_gmt":"2021-01-13T14:27:23","slug":"purple-ribbon-campaign","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/boilermaker.ca\/en\/purple-ribbon-campaign\/","title":{"rendered":"Purple Ribbon Campaign Updates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/boilermaker.ca\/en\/purpleribbons\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Purple Ribbon Campaign<\/a> aims to raise money for local food banks while showing gratitude to Essential Workers. The campaign started with Lodge 146 in Alberta and is growing across the country.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, Lodge 128 in Sudbury, Ontario, was <a href=\"https:\/\/boilermaker.ca\/en\/ctv-news-features-purple-ribbon-campaign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">featured on the local television news<\/a> regarding donations they made in support of Essential Workers to a local food bank.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the executive board of District 10 agreed to donate a total of $1,000 to split between the three provinces where their members work and live.
