This is part of what the CEO and Board Chair of the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) had to say about our Jim Beauchamp, National Program Coordinator with Boilermakers National Training as they prepared to award him as their selection for Trainer of the Year \u2013 The Craig Morelli Award in front of a room \ufb01lled with 450 colleagues from around the world.<\/p>\n

LEEA is the leading trade association for all those involved in the lifting industry: setting standards, providing training, and offering technical and legal advice for the lifting industry. Formed in 1944, LEEA has grown to include over 1100 members operating in over 85 countries.<\/p>\n

Facing competition from around the globe \u2013 the shortlist for this award included nominees from Canada, the UK, and Australia \u2013 Jim was selected due to \u201cthe lasting impression he inspires in individuals, organizations, and the rigging industry as a whole.\u201d<\/p>\n

Our deepest gratitude to Brother Beauchamp for his part in creating the next generation of Boilermakers, and for representing the Boilermakers so exceptionally on an international stage. Congratulations, Jim \u2013 we are so very proud of you.<\/p>\n
