International Representative Richard MacIntosh led the Steward Training and National Health &amp; Safety Director Jason McInnes led the Workplace Mental Health &amp; Wellness portion of the program.<\/p>\n<p>The two-day program was an opportunity to explain the importance of a steward&#8217;s good job site leadership for members, employers and the union.
