Ce cours incluait une journ\u00e9e de formation sur la juridiction.<\/p>\n<p>Aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d&rsquo;Oliver, les repr\u00e9sentants internationaux Marty Stranton et Cory Channon ont expliqu\u00e9 les fondements de la juridiction de m\u00e9tier et les divers moyens de r\u00e9clamer, de prot\u00e9ger et de contester les allocations du travail de chaudronnier de construction.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00f4le du d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 syndical est bien \u00e9tabli dans les conventions collectives et la constitution de la FIC. Le programme de formation de base de d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 aide les membres \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour bien prot\u00e9ger les int\u00e9r\u00eats des membres et pour aider l&#8217;employeur avec la convention collective.
