Field Supervisor Leadership Training at Lodge 128
Lodge 128 is facing an increase in demand for qualified Boilermakers in Ontario. One of the many steps that the lodge has taken to prepare its
members for supervisor positions, is by offering Field Supervisor Leadership Training. Training was recently held at their Burlington Union Hall and
Training Centre on December 13th & 14th, 2016. The Field Supervisor Leadership Training was led by National Training Coordinator, Jonathan White.
