New Brunswick is the home of the North American Labour Movement, so it was only fitting that Local 73 Training Coordinator, Eugene LeBlanc, organized a steward class for 16 future leaders of the industry. Boilermakers from two provinces participated in the basic and second level training. The class was conducted by International Representatives Richard MacIntosh and Kent Oliver, who presented craft jurisdiction.
