The voters in B.C. will be going to the polls in May and we have a simple question we wish to put to the political parties in B.C. surrounding the opportunity that exists in the Kitimat area. There are two companies proposing to build and operate a state-of-the-art designed refinery to process Canadian Oil in B.C. They both claim they will have the cleanest upgrading and refining sites in the world. Either project will create many direct or indirect jobs. Why is this not part the of the election discussion? We ask that members who live in B.C. sign an online petition asking the BC Liberals, BC NDP and BC Greens what their views are on the Kitimat opportunity.
