D-10 Steward Training
Upon his election as Business Manager/Secretary Treasurer of District 10 (Eastern Canada) in October 2016, Tony Andrade's first mandate was to organize Steward training for local lodge leaders. The Ontario locals had their training in May at the Lodge 128 Union Hall. Thank you Mr. Petronski! The locals in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick held their training in June at the Hampton Inn in Moncton.

At both training sessions, BMST Tony Andrade spoke of how vital it is that all members receive fair representation. At the Ontario training, National Director of Safety, Jason McInnis, shared his expertise in the important field of Health and Safety. International Representative Richard MacIntosh conducted Level 1 and Level 2 Steward classes to both sessions, which were very well received.
