When Boilermakers in Lodge D-11 started to lose their jobs due to the dumping of gypsum board, they appeared in front of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) to explain what happens to laid-off workers and why Canada should not change its 112-year policy of fighting the evils of dumping.
