National Training provided the Field Supervisor Leadership two-day course in Thunder Bay Ontario on August 1st and 2nd. This program provides training on the role of field leaders, responsibilities, people skills and the business aspects of construction. Boilermakers’ National Training urges all members, including current and future supervisors, to participate in Field Supervisor Leadership Training.
