Boilermakers National Training conducted Field Supervisor Leadership Training for members of Local 73 in Sydney, Nova Scotia, on June 20-21, 2018.
The two-day course provides training on administrative responsibilities, people skills and the business aspects of construction. This program is a useful tool for stewards to understand the role of supervision along with developing skills that will be useful in safeguarding the interest of the IBB membership. All members, including current and future supervisors, are urged to participate in Field Supervisor Leadership Training.
