National Training completed a Field Supervisor Leadership course with members of Local 203 in St. John’s, NL, on July 12th & 13th.
The two-day course provides training on administrative responsibilities, people skills and the business aspects of construction. Boilermakers National Training urges all members, including current and future supervisors to participate in Field Supervisor Leadership Training.
