IBB has announced the 2025 Scholarship Program with $26,000 designated to Canadian Students. To be eligible, the applicant must be a son, daughter, legally adopted child, or dependent of a member in good standing who is a high school senior who will be entering their first year of academic study.
The applications may be submitted online between January 1 and March 1, 2025. Applications will not be accepted after the March 1, 2025, deadline.
This year’s 350 word (min) to 500 word (Max) typed essay topic is:
“Unionism is on the rise in the United States and Canada. How can the Boilermakers’ Union capitalize on this trend to reach and recruit the next generation to join the trades, and more specifically, to join the Boilermakers’ Union?”
