In Sudbury, Ontario, Vale operates one of the largest integrated mining complexes in the world with nearly 4,000 employees. Boilermakers from Lodge 128 and their employer Ganotec were selected to install four steel liners on two stacks that reach 450 feet tall.

On July 3-5, 2019 Lodge 73 hosted three days of leadership training.

Industrial Sector Operations (ISO) was established to serve Members who work in non-construction industries such as shipyards, cement plants, fabrication shops, mining, railroad and application divisions, etc.
