Boilermakers are once again proud to say they are supporting Adicus Bird, an expert BMX rider, in reaching her goal of representing Canada against the best female riders in the world at the 2020 Olympics.

The Basic Steward Training Program, led by International Representative Kent Oliver, was hosted by Lodge 128 at their Burlington Training Centre on April 10th & 11th.

The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers and Wide Awake Films have teamed up to create three new films about Boilermakers in Canada.

Boilermakers from Lodge 146 hosted a high school rodeo at the Calgary Training Centre on March 17, 2018. This was the fifth annual event for mostly high school students who want to weld for a career. There were four skill challenges including CWB, Tig welding, flame cutting and design.

The rodeo allows the young welders the opportunity to test their skills and at the same time learn about the industry they wish to enter. Learn more by clicking here.
