Local 128 recently hosted the National Training Job Steward Training course at their hall in Sarnia, Ontario. This program provides training on the Constitution and union structure, jobs of the steward, grievances, listening and taking notes and interpreting contract language. This is a great interactive course for all members, including current and future stewards.
