Local 146 recently hosted the National Training Field Supervisor Leadership two-day course at their hall in Edmonton, Alberta. This program provides training on the role of field leaders, responsibilities, people skills and the business aspects of construction. This is a great interactive course for all members, including current and future supervisors.
