On February 12th & 13th, Local 555 hosted a Field Supervisor Leadership two-day course at their Winnipeg Union Hall and Training Centre. The program provides training on administrative responsibilities, people skills and the business aspects of construction. Boilermakers National Training urges all members, including current and future supervisors, to participate in Field Supervisor Leadership Training.
