Business Manager David Noel of Lodge 73 recognizes the importance of training for all members of the local lodge for personal growth and membership progress. During the week of December 3rd 2018 leadership training was set up by Lodge's Training Coordinator Mario LeBlanc.
The two-day Field Supervisor course provides training in administrative responsibilities, people skills and the business aspects of construction. The class was led by Grant Jacobs (Director, National Training) and Jonathan White (National Training Coordinator). Boilermaker National Training urges all members, including current and future supervisors to participate in the Field Supervisor Leadership Training program.
