National Training completed another Field Supervisor Leadership course with members of Local 73. The course was delivered in Bathurst on July 4th & 5th.
The two-day course provides training on administrative responsibilities, people skills and the business aspects of construction. Boilermakers National Training urges all members, including current and future supervisors, to participate in Field Supervisor Leadership Training.
