Industrial Sector Operations (ISO) was established to serve Members who work in non-construction industries such as shipyards, cement plants, fabrication shops, mining, railroad and application divisions, etc. Each year (other than convention year) officers and staff from these lodges attend the ISO Conference to gain the information and tools needed to strengthen their locals. The 2019 conference opened with the following short film featuring Members and the quality products they make in the workplace.
