An important role at the worksite is the steward, as per the IBB constitution the steward is there to safeguard the interests of the members of the union. In most of the collective agreements in the Boilermakers they are there to assist the employer and members with the agreement. The fall of 2024 saw Steward Training across the country. To all Boilermakers who have served the Union as a Steward – Thank You.
