The federal government is reporting development of a program that will assist the Canadian oil & gas industry. As Boilermakers, we (along with pipefitters, iron workers and sheetmetal workers, to name a few) are the very builders and maintainers of the Canadian oil and gas infrastructure. That’s why it is imperative that we, as construction workers, inform our Prime Minister that we support a program to get working Canadians back on the job in the industry.
