26 Boilermakers from the Thunder Bay union hall and their employer Venshore Mechanical Ltd raised $1,070 for the local hospital while performing annual maintenance on the Ontario Power Generation (OPG) generating station biomass power boiler in Atikokan, Ontario.

Nearly 200 current and retired Boilermakers from Local 203 (St. John’s, Newfoundland) and guests gathered August 10 in Newfoundland and Labrador’s capital St. John’s from throughout the province and far beyond to celebrate the local’s milestone 50th anniversary.

District 10 (D10) conducted their first district conference in Moncton, NB, on September 23-26, 2019.

National Training reports that a Train the Trainer course was held at the Local 146 Training Centre on September 9-13.
